Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC provides professional bookkeeping and administrative financial support services to small businesses.

2. Services Provided

We provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Monthly bookkeeping services

  • Financial record clean-up

  • QuickBooks setup and migration

  • Payroll support services

  • Preparation of financial reports

We do not provide legal advice, investment advice, or tax representation before the IRS unless specifically agreed to in writing.

All services are performed based on information provided by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records

  • Maintain access to necessary accounting software and financial platforms

  • Review completed work promptly

  • Communicate any discrepancies or concerns in a timely manner

Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for errors, penalties, or financial outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each client engagement agreement.

Invoices are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Financial Outcome

We strive to provide accurate and professional bookkeeping services. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, tax savings, business performance improvements, or regulatory outcomes.

Bookkeeping services are intended to support financial organization and reporting and do not replace services provided by a licensed CPA, tax attorney, or financial advisor.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Decisions made based on financial reports or data

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as confidential and implement reasonable safeguards to protect sensitive data.

While we take appropriate security measures, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Website Use

All content provided on this website is for informational purposes only.
