Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC is committed to providing professional and transparent services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following condition:

Payment has been made for services, and
-
Work has not yet commenced.
If services have not been started at the time a written cancellation request is received, a full refund will be issued.
2. Services Already Performed
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Reviewing financial documents

Accessing client accounting software
-
Beginning bookkeeping entries

Performing clean-up work
-
Setting up or configuring accounting systems

Payroll processing
-
Preparing financial reports
Any time or labor already invested into a project constitutes commencement of services.
3. Partial Work
If services have partially commenced at the time of cancellation, Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC reserves the right to:

Retain payment for work already performed

Issue a partial refund at its discretion
Refund determinations will be based on the percentage of work completed.
4. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For recurring monthly bookkeeping services:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing

Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle

No refunds will be issued for work already performed within the billing period
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Reason for cancellation
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC to resolve any billing disputes prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and recovery efforts for unpaid balances.
7. Policy Modifications
Signature Solutions & Bookkeeping LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
